Givewaway Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

• Participants must be residents of the United States.
• Employees of Venture Richmond and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter:

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
• Participants must follow the specific entry steps outlined in the original giveaway Instagram caption or promotional post by the stated deadline.

Prize Package:

• Prizes are generously donated by local businesses and partners.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Winner Selection:

   • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the deadline.
   • The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

2. Notification:

   • The winner will be notified via email or direct message (as specified in the original post) within two business days of the contest closing date.
   • If the selected winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner will be chosen.

3. Prize Redemption:

   • The winner must redeem the prize within 15 days of notification.
   • Failure to redeem within this period will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.
