Renee is a “hometown girl,” who’s been a passionate advocate for downtown Richmond for over 20 years. She has marveled at the renaissance of downtown Richmond and is honored to have played a small part in its transformation. As Venture Richmond's Office Administrator, she puts her all into creating an organized, enjoyable, and successful environment at the office and every event we produce.
She is a proud graduate of John Marshall High School, go JAYEM Justices! This long term connection to Richmond has fueled her with a commitment to specifically ensure the improvement of Richmond as she continues to watch it grow.
Renee recently earned the prestigious title of President of Executive Women International - Richmond Chapter, a professional women’s organization with 34 chapters across the United States and Canada.Through dedicated volunteering, she plans to bring a wave of new ideas and diversity to the chapter. Her work with the EWI provides scholarships for women that are both seniors in high school or adult learners to further their education through partnerships with local businesses and competitive applications.
In the near future, Renee plans to open up the doors to more young women that are seeking to sharpen their professional skills through EWI’s free webinars.
